Terrible management

After regularly ordering from this location, for the first time I requested for complimentary condiments offered by other J's locations. To my surprise, the owner "Sukhi" suggested that he's a franchisee and doesn't need to offer consistency. He did tell me that each pack costs him $0.12 and he's in only to make money. Accepting his lack of customer service skills and greed, I vouch to not deal with such greedy and selfish business people again and will happily travel across town to other J's.
