APPAULING EXPERIENCE: Chef came to our table and shouted at me after I expressed my desire to replace the bland, unappetizing noodles that I ordered with my dish with coconut rice instead, even though I offered to pay the additional fee. Chef said it was not about the money but rather the fact that he would have to throw out the food, which, keep in mind, was a small bowl of steamed noodles. Chef was very disrespectful and blatantly rude over what could have been a very easy fix.
