Run. Run fast and far away from this lady and her business. We fell on tough times and were not able to keep up with our grooming appointments. As soon as we could; we brought her in. The lady handled her fur TERRIBLY. Massive chunks missing. No attempt to blend it. When i told her my concern she verbally attacked me saying im negligent, cruel and I should be nervous to bring my dog in because im getting judged. Insane owner thattakes feedback very pooly. Sloppy work. Do not go here.

We brought our 3 Roughc Collies in for grooming they came out new dogs all shiny and beautiful. The took extra care with our older dog and the one dog with epilepsy. I felt the prices were very fair. Thanks ladies see you again soon!

Was verbally attacked by a groomer for taking my dog back in for her hair to be trimmed as it was cut too long the day before. She spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner, and I was asked "why didn't I tell them what I wanted", "they can't read minds", "why didn't the person who called to complain come in". Groomer tried to guilt trip me for bringing my dog back in, said "she didn't like going on the table twice very much". was very disrespectful towards me and I will not be going back
