I would call myself a "grazer", enjoy food, an emotional eater. I thought I would try hypnosis, I have steadily gained weight throughout the years and knew I needed to do something about it. I have been in the program for three weeks, and I have not snacked, have no cravings and want to eat healthy. I have exercised every day for at least 25 minutes and now I am seeing results! My hypnotist is amazing and I highly recommend!
