Someone who moves into the city needing a family doctor with serious complaints of blackout pain from mentration doesnt get checked, no blood panel, only interviewed and gets to wait of old records. Dr. Tanish seems incompetent, lacking empathy to get answers for their patient.....but just let the patient wait and see. She has failed my interview expectations as a doctor. Then when I asked to go see the Dr Bella;had to get permission due to internal policy? What about client rights?
I was here before with Dr.Raya who was absolutely fantastic. I moved back to Calgary for a year and now I'm back in the Hat. I went back to Health Matters and this time I am with Dr.Tainsh. My first impressions are very good. The front staff are always helpful and very courteous. I definitely recommend this office.
Upon meeting Dr. Raya the first thing she said to me was "are you familiar with the guidelines of the College of Physicians and Surgeons?" And then said "wanting a female doctor was not a good enough reason to switch family doctors". She said "I must have an issue with my current doctor, discuss it with him, ask to be relieved of his care and go through a lot of paperwork". I feel like she looked at my medical history before walking in the room and didn't want to take me on.
