Our realtor referred this company. Unfortunately they did not deliver. The report was pretty and easy to read and was filed quickly... but that was about the only impressive thing. For $700 we got a basic report and after moving into our home found several problems that should have been caught. A few item the prior owner admitted to previous knowledge of so we know it happened before the inspection. He claimed maybe squatters caused the damage. Problems like a main support beam failing.
