Very disappointed in the entire process, coupled with poor communication and zero follow-up! The upfront deposit is $3500 and 35% of sales. There was no way to account for what was sold or was supposedly "donated" (likely kept and sold elsewhere) as we did not receive the promised charitable donation receipt, and we never did obtain a final statement of account even after numerous requests. I felt taken advantage of at a vulnerable time in my life.
