Very polite staff. I arrived at the office at 7:30 in the morning and was escorted in for an x-ray in less than 10 minutes. My family has visited the clinic on a regular basis over the last ten years and it’s always been a pleasant experience.
I was far from impressed by my experience at PD. I was met with a rude and condescending technician and a bad attitude from reception when they failed to get my file to my doctor in a timely manner. The staff here need to re-evaluate how they believe their patients should be treated.
Would love to give zero stars. THEY screwed up my appointment and after taking time off and over an hour drive I was greeted with incredible rudeness. I had booked 45 days in advance and now need to wait another 40 days. They decided to do the X-ray and was left waiting for an hour before I inquired how much longer. Brenda then said "oh I forgot to put it in". Meanwhile I was the ONLY person in the waiting room left while others had come and gone but apparently she didn't SEE me.
I have had three separate ultrasounds at Peace Diagnostic throughout my pregnancy so far. Although the technicians themselves are nothing but wonderful, the receptionists are far from it. All three times I have had terrible experiences with the front desk staff, they have been rude, negative and down right grumpy. For something that is supposed to be so exciting they really know how to rain on your parade. PLEASE change your attitudes front end staff!
My wife and myself had an appointment booked for her 30week pregnancy check up. We waited about 90 minutes. when we saw the tech we were ran through like cattle. They offer 3D imagery which we requested and the tech replied "NO! we don't have time! This is a medical facility!" I find it strange because everywhere in that building there are signs posted about verbal abuse and how it will not be tolerated but why must we accept it by the staff? We deserve to be treated like people not animals
