TD Insurance Auto Centre

Honestly this is some of the most terrible Customer service I’ve ever got td insurance almost cost me 5000$ and an impounded car when I got pulled over with no “insurance” even tho I was told by td my truck would come out of parking at the end of July. I can’t get a hold of them on the phone sense Covid I swear they have barely anyone working and the only day I managed to their whole system was down so I couldn’t insure my truck. STAY AWAY I will be looking for a better insurance place

No customer service. Never got a call back when left messages multiple times. The lady was more curious about how did Iike the service rather than providing good service. No courtesy rides.

Just finished bringing the car into TD to get an appraisal. Everything went so smoothly and adjuster was the best. So helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. I had to get a rental car which is right there and Enterprise provided me with a beautiful Audi to drive around until my car has been appraised. I walked away with a smile on my face.

They are bad. 1. They ask to dial on a 1 800 Number saying anyone of us will contact you for all in your claims (Team work). But simply put alls responsibility means nones responsibility. 2. They go by their own process repairing only the damages that they think are insure, any side effects or any thing observed and narrated by policy holder to them are ignored and not even accounted on file. 3. Its better get repairs done by outside, your repaired vehicle will be more match to original.
