Just terrible company. making up bills/invoices with close sharing our Property so-called "Management" Company. It took a while to sort out things with my good friend from the city. Run, run, run and don't open door for them... they incredible good in framing people, especially seniors, old guys.

Had horrible experience with them. As they have a shady set-up with our Condo Management, the overly charged invoice was paid from the Condo Fund before I even saw the bill. Made false claim on labour time, and about 100% mark-up on parts/material. They are gone with a fat cheque while I owe our Condo Corp the outrageous bill.

Horrible Experience

My experience with T&P was horrible. They were unable to fix my issue and did not honour their 30 day service warranty. Instead, they washed their hands of the situation so i was forced to hire another company. I researched and hired a qualified service company that fixed the problem right away. To top it all off, T&P charged me full price for their failed service call. I have been disputing the charges for over 3 months. I do not recommend their services and will never use T&P again!
