This restaurant opened a year late due there own stupidity,so when it finally opened my wife and I went twice in month and were very disappointed at the portions for one but also the poor service and the attitude when asking for something. It is really sad because we live five min, away and waited so long for them to finally open.We would be frequent user if they
were a little more like a real Vietnamese restaurant
The food was okay but the other things really take away from the enjoyment.
So we went there recently, and no wonder there were 2 full tables at dinner time; I resorted to take out - oops
They messed up our order, and dish was shrimp with Pho despite clearly asking for Pho, shrimp and grilled chicken. I get the order home, and open up our less then luke warm food, and I live 5 minutes away, and realize they messed up. I call to politely complain.
The manager / owner explains theres no such order for chk-shrimp Pho (thanks for telling me now), so "what can be done I ask" we live close, can u give me maybe a free spring roll next time we are in? >>> No sorry, we charged the right price for what ever food you ended up with. (item I asked for is a $3 value), and there was no hoisin sauce - staple of "Pho dishes"
I took me repeating myself 3 times that I was complaining not placing another order; maybe there's a listening issue?
You're right Mr Pho express owner in the Hamptons, I'm not worth $3 dollars, you showed me ... how about you pack up shop ! And this isn't the first time their food was blah - so so ...
Boycotted (I couldn't find a 1/2 a star for the rating ...)
