I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Ryan and Joel were early, polite, professional and even caught our failed sump pump before a mess (and insurance claim) occurred. I highly recommend Duel Temp/Access Plumbing.

Chris was great/courteous/friendly/offered solutions for our old hot water tank issues which continued/got a new hot water tank instead. Ryan came to install and mentioned he saw a bird on the roof & said the problem could be the bird-we did the new tank anyways.Ryan came back next day as still issues/Ryan was right a woodpecker was liking our roof hot water vent pecking at the metal and chirping which vibrated way down to the tank making us think the tank was going to explode. Ryan-so smart!

Just had Ryan out to our house to remedy a leaking washing machine drain. What a great experience!. The problem fixed in a timely manner and Ryan is a nice guy to deal with.

I had trouble with a broken garburator and it plugged both of my kitchen sinks just before Christmas. They called me back right away and we booked an appointment. The plumber was at my house before 7:30 am and I was able to talk to him before I left for work. Everything was done when I got home and he sent me a picture of the completed job to my email so I could check it at work. Excellent job and excellent service!
