Fabutan

Disappointed in the customer service aspect. Upon telling the manager a situation I was in and the circumstances I couldn’t make it to an appointment, there was no way the no show fee could be waived for me one time. I’ve been user of fabutan for a long time and have supported. I don’t make appointments usually and I had a family emergency arise. Just a bit unfortunate.

I have been with this location for a very long time. The service is amazing and all the employees make me feel welcome. It's always a very pleasant experience

Staff are friendly, and attentive. They make your experience a great one, and the location is always clean and ready for the next customer. The tanning lotions are fairly expensive, but last a long time. They are accommodating, and always seem to fit me in. I have no complaints, about this location. I even lost my ring, after washing my hands, in the bathroom, the patrons are obviously honest, and they were kind enough to keep it for me. I am very impressed with this location.

Wow is all I can say. Horrah fabutan you have set the bar so high that it is unlikely to be matched. Staff and owner are superb. They show true concern over health and safety by ensuring all clients use reputable and soluble products to prevent any health concerns. The facility is the cleanest I have ever experienced. The information provided to each client is overwhelming and you leave feeling educated and content in your decision to indoor tan. Never have I felt more welcome and at ease in a business. 5 stars fabutan and staff. Great job.
