I don't typically like Black Forest cake .... but my relatives do. When planning my Easter meal I knew I would have to order one of these cakes somewhere. I googled bakeries and found Dutch Delicious. They had what I was looking for. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect to fall in love with a Black Forest cake. Their cake was exceptional. Perhaps it was the kirsch liquior? Don't know .... but theirs is the best you'll ever find. Yum yum!

Controvery re: employee painting face black

Dec3-16 upon walking in to the bakery I saw “Black Pete”. Upon speaking to the owner he&I discussed the racist roots, how the UN et al has called on Netherlands to make changes+. He reiterated his comment that they discussed both sides of the matter & still choose to go ahead with it… I handed him my bought goods saying I cannot take them with me & asked him to donate it to charity. Upon leaving as "blackface" smiled at me I repeated" it's racist!" Authorities et al notified as told to him.
