Very helpful, from office staff to the service technician. Excellent service quick to respond and rectify the problem with warranty on our Kitchenaid refrigerator. Thanks Avalanche second time and will use them again Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running. Thanks again

Will not stand behind their services or products! Had a new Water Tank installed. A few issues with later that a service technician was sent out to resolve - supposedly under warranty. No quotes, no invoices but suddenly a charge appears on VISA 6 weeks later. Fist phone call to management notes it was a mistake and would be taken care of. No action. Now can't get hold of management despite numerous phone calls. We wil not be trusting them again!

GE warranty sent a technician out from Avalanche in which the problem we were having with our dishwasher stumped him. He promised he would look into it and get back to us but instead he submitted a report to GE stating there was nothing wrong and we were misusing it so no further action was required!! Do not use this company!!!

We had to call them many many times to get them to come out. When they finally did come they looked at our water heater and didn't fix it. They left and sent us a big bill. We tried to discuss it with them and again, they wouldn't call back. Would not recommend them.

Thanks guys for saving my Easter! Called avalanche to have my stove repaired they sent out a repair man right away and had the problem fixed with in one hour. Called other repair companies and they told me someone could be out in about 3 days... But avalanche was there promptly to help us out. The avalanche repair man was very help full and knowledgable. Thanks again for the help and great service. John Smith.
