Simpson Car Wash

Auto car wash is terrible even with the new system. $16 for an ultimate wash and the car cleaning is mediocre at best. Still a lot of dirt left behind the dry time is 60 seconds. Hardly enough time to dry a vehicle so the water runs down the vehicle, mixes with the residual dirt and leaves dirty water tracks. Waste of money

put $20 into the change machine. Got $17 of loonies and 3 car wash tokens which are useless. 72 seconds per dollar???? what a rip off. This in a city on the edge of the mountains where there will be lots of business. Tried to add time while washing, loonies kept going thru without adding time, thus wasting time which at $1 a minute basically just helped the rip off. I will NEVER go back and I will tell others to avoid this place.

I used the car wash 3 days ago and it charged my credit card 3 times.... at $14 a pop, it's an expensive car wash. Left a message right away at the number listed and of course, no one is calling me back!
