Telus Country Hills Town Centre

I walked into this store around 11am this morning Two caucasian workers male & female they were just playing with their devices they did not even greet me. I ask the female worker to help me get my 2 cellphones she did not even want to input my personal information on the computer she is so lazy and the male worker was lazy too they did not even make an effort to help me. Dont ever bother to go to this store they are just only gonna ruin your day. Very lazy people!!!!!!

Have to love walking into a Telus store for your Telus phone/account and being told that you have to go to a different Telus store (third party store) to get service on your account. Agents were no help whatsoever. Rather than go to a Telus authorized agent store, we called into the Telus Call Centre. On hold over 50 minutes and still haven't spoken to a person. Reevaluating whether I want to be a Telus customer after 25 years with them.

I've been into this location 3 times and have never left with an answer to my problem. Terrible customer service, will never go back, thinking about switching servers even though my family has been with Telus for almost 20 years. My cell was almost dead and asked to have a charger while I waited and she informed me that they don't charge phones but do sell chargers ... really? Do better ...
