Roca Car Hauling

My initial choice of Roca was driven by competitive rates and positive reviews. However, my experience soured when my car had a cigarette odor, despite their claims. Their request for me to confront the driver, promising his termination and credit to me for detailing, felt unprofessional and excessive. This unusual approach left me uncomfortable, and I won't choose Roca again for my future needs.

I used ROKA to ship my Volvo from Calgary to my daughter in Kingston. Both she and I were very pleased with the results.The price was fair the service was as promised and the staff and driver were kind and courteous . We would definitely use them again. Colin Jackson

Roca Car Hauling has a really good customer service which offers help whenever you give them a call. Being a student they helped me to transfer my car from Brampton to Calgary with ease. They answered all my questions over the call and also notified me when my vehicle reached Calgary. Roca Hauling provides this exceptional service which you cannot find anywhere else. The friendly staff will always help you if you have any queries or questions. I really appreciate their top notch service!!!

WARNING!! I chose Roca based on reviews and I am now rating Roca based on my experience. Do not under estimate the power of word of mouth Although the delivery itself went fine, Roca Car Hauling lied to me and caused a lot of grief and extra costs. Worse Roca management would not speak to me about my negative experience, they are not attending to the problem therefore they dont care about this customer or any future ones which could be you.

I use Roca last week to ship my car from Ontario to BC, their service is excelent and the drive is very nice and helpful, he come on time, good manner and easy going. I will recommend to friend for sure.

Outstanding service from A-Z. Extremely efficient, courteous & customer oriented staff. Pick up was at exact time promised & delivery was 2 days early. Door to door service from BC to Ontario including a car wash! Top notch company & highly recommended.
