RBC Royal Bank Saddletowne Circle Branch

Worst branch to do business with. Unprofessional staff and rude. I usually don’t visit this branch but went today as I was close to this branch but representatives who work here have very little knowledge about customer service and how to treat clients. I would never visit this branch and soon end doing business with this bank too.

This is the worst bank ever. The tellers are impolite and less than ready to help. The manager looks at you like hes superior. And after years of dealing with them they just let you down...

Staff are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RUDE!!! WHY DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SO RUDE ARROGANT. WERE TALKING NICE TO YOU,Our approach are civilized!SO WHY TREAT CUSTOMERS RO RUDELY!!!The moment you get to this branch you could see how they treat people when they get in. Very unprofessional.They treat people as if they really hate doing they're job and just want the custumer just to leave.

Staff is very bad specially manpreet, she don't have any knowledge and how to deal with the customer. Front customer service is the worst I ever came across
