Chose to use an entertainment coupon back to the hood in ramsay for dinner. Kam Han refused for some unexplained reason NOT TO HONOR the obviously valid $13 value coupon for dinner. the owner/managers response was outrageous when we decided to leave, slammed the bill on the table, absolutely RUDE BEYOND BELIEF. WAS VERY impolite to a table with an unsettle toddler.....NEVER TO RETURN. UNREAL lack of customer service in this type of economy and marketplace.Took our hard earned money elsewhere
