Glenmore Park Dental

Service was fine - they seemed to find a lot of work which I questioned but I had a plan that covered it. Stopped going when they charged me $75 when I called to tell them I wouldn’t be able to make my cleaning appointment the following week due to a sudden work thing. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted to re-schedule - not sure if they will miss the ~$1000 per year in fees they charged me.

Dr Pastershank and the rest of the staff are extremely professional - friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed. The negative reviews have never been my experience or anyone else's I've recommend. My family (6 of us) have been with the Glenmore Park Dental for more then 10 years. Never an issue. If I have to go to the dentist twice a year then let it be with Dr. Roma and her great crew. Thanks for the great job.

Dentists Aren't All Evil, I Guess

This is positively the best experience you can have at a dental office. The staff are always in a good mood and incredibly friendly, though I feel like their sense of humour doesn't seem to reach some other reviewers (their loss :P). If you had told me five years ago that I could actually enjoy going to the dentist, I'd call you crazy. But this office makes the trip more than tolerable; it's pleasant and friendly. So much better than other dentists I've been to in the past.

Dr. Roma Pastershank is the most unprofessional dentist. No bedside manner. Makes rude and unnecessary comments throughout consultation. Goal should be to fix smiles, not make people feel bad. Never encountered a dentist this awful.

Insulted by Dr. Rosa

Was quite insulted when Dr. Rosa told me I was paying her pension and told me to buy a toothbrush instead of fixing my token tooth that broken due to an enamel deficiency I've had since my adult teeth came in. I can only imagine how she treats the children that come through her office. DO NOT go here.

I've been using Glenmore Park Dental's services for many years. I've become very unhappy with their front receptionists and their constant text messages. It always seems that you need to come back because you always need something more done. This is not just an individual experience, but one experienced by my whole family. We've all separated and began using other dentist's. The service we've encountered with other dentist's is more casual and upfront.
