Freedom castleridge location is the worst. The staff is terrible dont know how to treat customers i strongly advise to stay away from this location. Management should fir the 2 girls i dealt with. Just an awful experience

I strongly suggest that PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I upgraded 2 phone sets from there.They took 2 phone set themself out from the box, add sim, put in Freedom’s bag and gave to us. They didn’t give us to check the phone’s condition and we believed on them.After we came home and checked the phone, we found one phone was scratched.Then I immediately went and requested to return the damaged phone. They accused us that we damaged the phone and they didn’t return phone.They cheated us.

have wide variety of phones in stock. The young lady was very knowledgeable on phone and features. Was quick to have all my issues sorted.

Not a good place and people to deal with. Front office staff not sure of return policies and keeps too many things black and hidden Be careful when you go for contract with this location specially
