These guys are pros at selling you stuff and even better at telling you to fly a kite. I bought a wifi satellite system with the external antenna and cable for thousands of dollars and Chris decided he didn't want to listen to me. We disagreed but he acted like a spoiled 13 year old and said I'll cancel your order and hung up. I have thousands of dollars worth of gear and since I placed the order for a new package and SIM card 2 weeks ago so I can leave in 2 days he screwed me out of a phone.

Canada Satellite is a company that does not stand behind their products, nor provide quality service to enable their customers to use the newer technologies they sell. My wife bought me an Iridium Go for a retirement present. It is supposed to provide a satellite-enabled internet signal all over the world. After initial grudging attempts at providing support, Canada Satellite abandoned us entirely, not returning our phone calls or emails when we tried to get this working.
