Buy your Honda elsewhere
The good: My 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. This is a great SUV. The bad: Calgary Honda. I made a big mistake purchasing my $50000+ vehicle there. One of the main selling feature of this SUV was (at least to me and my family) that it was supposed to come with 5000 lbs towing capabilities. Since this is a dealer installed feature they were there not to install the full package, they installed the hitch only for 3500 lbs. This is a joke. And they deny to make up for their mistake. I keep on renting RVs
