I bought a Living Social deal from the Merchant and she DID not fulfill the appt and TOOK MY MONEY!! I called back SEVERAL times and she would not call me back. I am awaiting a refund. She does not uphold good values of customer service!!

booked an appt 3 weeks ago and the therapist was a no show. I waited for 45 min and the therapist never showed up. Left her a msg and she did not return call. Beware!

Extremely rude and unpleasant worker who was also the owner of the place. Multiple phone calls to book the appointment, Finally I got the appointment and told she will call 24 hours prior to remind me. I then called few days prior to the appointment to reschedule it but no answer despite leaving messages. Finally she called 2 days after the appointment and denied the 24 hours reminder service.

Extremely rude and passive-aggressive worker who was also the owner of the place. Very unkempt environment and didn't seem like a spa whatsoever. Was also located in someone else's building where the owner basically just placed her stuff and had her business there. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Would much rather pay more and go to massage parlor that is *actually* a massage parlor with probably much much better customer service and the massage itself.

The owner of the company is very rude. She alled to cancel an appointment, which it took two months to book. Morning of the appointment, she calls to cancel. Calls the flowing Tuesday to reebok, date was inconvenient, however I still took it. She gave me the worst attitude when speaking to me. Then the following Thursday she calls to cancel and says she will not be honouring the Groupon. Terrible customer service, business is operated by the owner only. Do not go to Body Advantage Massage!
