These folks have been in business for a long time and with good reason. They have excellent sales staff who are not pushy but very knowledgeable. We ordered a chair custom made in Toronto (Yay: Canadian made) and have been told that when it is ready, if we don't like it, we don't have to pay for it. They deliver for free. You don't get this kind of service any more so we are delighted and will definitely use this store again.

My wife and I went to Ryns in Caledonia June 29 2020 to purchase a swivel recliner.
We found the perfect one in 15 minutes .
Dave did not bother us and gave us all the time which we might have needed but did not.
What a nice man , very pleasant and very knowledgeable.
His store is huge and stocked to the roof tops with quality Canadian made product.....
If you can not find what you want here then you will never find what you want........
Trust us ,this is the place to buy furniture at ....

We had our new refridgerator delivered today by Arnett, Adre and Brandan. They were on time coutious and over the top in assisting me in order for them to get the old one out and the new one in.
The whole experience from the phone staff, the sales personnel and the delivery people has been a great experience when often a major applince purrchase can be streeful and upsetting. My wife and I would not hesitate in recommending you folks at any time! This is our fourth purchas of a major appliance

I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!
