I have been a 4 x per year patient of Dr Mark Serfas & staff since 2000. They are all simply excellent. Kind, generous, compassionate, well organized, honest, skilled, reasonable in discussions, friendly... They offer well-grounded, researched advice and are willing to work to accommodate special needs of all kinds. I have never had a bad experience, nor heard of anyone having one. We all count our lucky stars to be patients in that lovely office.

Dr. Rea and his team were fantastic start to finish. I had an extensive upper and lower jaw surgery to fix a narrow palette/twisted cross bite. The results have been amazing, and every dentist/orthodontist I have been to since has commented on how good the results have been. He and his staff were professional, kind, and helpful to me and my partner who had to look after me. Highly recommend.

I called on a Monday morning and they were able to book me in for an appointment the following morning. I subsequently had work done in a kind and professional manner, alleviating my concerns and being grateful for finding a dental office that put my fears to rest. Best dentist I've ever had...his dental skills are truly impressive.
