I am so thankful for being there when I needed them the most. They have been extremely helpful. And when I called tonight telling them my car will not start the man who answered was super sweet and compassionate and was concerned of my well being as it is the coldest night of the year they offered free service to boost my car. A huge thank you to Chris and the other gentleman from Smokeys towing! They rescued us from a snowy, hilly, swampy unmaintained road, after CAA and other private towing companies were unable to assist us. They arrived quickly, were honest and fair, and were overall great guys to deal with in a crisis. Highly recommended.

Really impressed with their skills and knowledge when my inlaws accidentally put the wrong fuel into their car stalling the car on the road. They got them on their way much faster than I would have surmised and the price was fair. Glad my inlaws did not go to the car brands dealer for the work. Great first impression.

On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.
