We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

I used their repair service for my a/c. I was able to book it quickly, got a clear straight forward price on the phone and the technician was experienced, knowledgeable and polite.
He followed up with the work, finding and supplying the part that our a/c needed the same day and finished the work the same day.
I had to call another company couple of years ago fir our furnace repair and I had a very difficult time with them because finding someone on the phone and talking to them was difficult

Tom gave us the estimate and explained how the units work.. any questions we had after he had left we e-mailed and were answered right away.

Our sales relresntiative responded to our call immediately, came over to our home and laid out all our options for us. Ivor was was very helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. We decided on a napoleon furnace which is made locally in Canada and had a tremendous warranty. The installation crew had the furnace installed almost immediately and we were very thankful for the service since our old furnace broke down during the winter and we were without heat. Our furnace is functioning amazingly.

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.
