I bought my pool from them and had excellent installation and service. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and their supply of parts is great. I especially like the guy, sorry I don’t know his name, with the beard in the parts department who goes out of his way to problem solve and create a solution for problems I had. Excellent service! I LOVE my pool!!!

From the team that opens and closes our pool, to the store staff; we always have excellent service, complete and comprehensible instructions when we need it. Règlements stupide et archaïque , lors de l’achat de notre Gazebo les rideaux n’étaient pas disponibles, nous les avons commandés. On nous appelle ce matin qu’il sont arrivés, on passe alors aux magasins . Ils refusent de nous les remettres sans notre facture d’achat Je demande de parler au gérant , elle nous a fait poiroté dans le magazin Je ne recommande pas ce magazin ils n’ont aucun sens du jugement. Une chance que j’ai pas perdu ma facture

I am only giving one star because they have one employee who gives good service, the rest of the company is just horrible. I barely know where to start except stay away from this place, do not give them any of your hard earned money, because that is all they want, they provide the worst service I have ever seen. I spent more then $22,000 to redo my in ground pool of 25 years and wow what a disaster. Like someone stated in another complaint, work is done by a third party. I
