I was in La senza today in Devonshire mall Windsor. I purchased a number of items. The sales lady that helped me asked if I had a discount card and I said no. She ok I will grab you one. I replied great.When I got home I realized that she charged me $10:for the card. She never mentioned once that there was a $10 charge for the card.I then called the store and talked to an employee about this and she just told me they are final sale. Not a sorry for the inconvenience not anything. I am not very h
