Horrible servie and nasty people

I was treated horribly by the front "service" staff (she is as crass and rude as she appears). I asked them to call me before going ahead with any work to my car (a reasonable request given the cost of auto repairs). They proceeded with the work without approval and when I asked them why they hung up on me. When I finally arrived to pick up my car I found that they had "unrepaired" (that is what the bill says) my car in some sort of "hissy-fit" and left it in worse condition than when I brought it. I used to have heat but no fan...now I have no heat and no fan! This is not the first time they have screwed up a repair for me...but this was their last chance to prove me wrong about them. Please do not waste your time or money with these people as I have already done that enough for everyone.
