    CONSUMER BEWARE :...

    CONSUMER BEWARE : Rented car JUNE. Returned with no issues. Male at counter gave me a reciept saying all is OK. Charged me 150 Dollars for cleanup. Fine. Thats ok. JULY - I found out Practicar took out another 150 I called. They said they'd return it "Their Mistake" I only get back 100$ September - another 150 Dollars out. Called them. Said same thing, theyd return it. No return. October - Bank notified me that a Practicar tried to take out anoth 150$ from my C/C Youve been WARNED

    Positive dealings with Akmal

    Easy to use! Since experiencing a fire, I have rented from Akmal four times in the past six weeks: a cube truck twice and a cargo van twice. The trucks were in good condition. Communications have been great! I appreciate the service that I have received. I find the experience less bureaucratic than the big name brands and pricing is good. We have had no problems with shifts in timing. I like Akmal's commitment to customer service!! Would definitely recommend to others.

    I'd used them onc...

    I'd used them once before, but recently I booked a car over Christmas, with an online confirmation number and everything, only to call on the 24th to say I was coming to get it, and to be told there was nothing available! They didn't even call to tell me to find other plans. No offer to help me find another vehicle (I did, eventually, with Discount) just sorry, no cars. On Christmas! Never again will I book with them.

    These guys are ch...

    These guys are chilled out and helpful. I've rented many a time, and always been hooked up right. these guys are my go-to for a car or van when i need one.

    Nice people. But ...

    Nice people. But if you want to be on time, I wouldn't recommend this car rental. Very poor attendance
