Messier's Your Independent Grocer

Since its ownership change, prices have risen and timely stocking of products has become erratic. On Aug 11, I arrived at the store at 8:54 p.m.to find it closed and devoid of all store personnel! No store hours were posted but the website shows 10:00 p.m. as the closing time. In the 5 or 10 minutes I was peering through the windows looking for an employee, 10 or 11 others arrived to shop. No-one could believe that the store was locked up and empty so early. Lost customers, for sure!

Changing owners has not changed the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff. Thank you
