Mcfarlands Olde Tyme Sweet Shoppe

We planned a birthday party and they did not deliver what was agreed on. Nothing went as planned and Rachel was only full of excuses blaming her own daughter and the other employees. The whole thing was thrown together. The party was supposed to come with vintage goodie bags and no one got any. I had to call and ask five days after the party where the bags were and the shoppe didn't notice we didn't receive them. We have not been compensated and they are not returning our calls. I feel cheated
