HORRIBLE Customer Service
Service is Horrible. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, groomer, who happened to be the manager, called in sick and they waited until I got there to tell me, and wouldn't re-book for another 2 weeks. Didn't even recieve an appology for my time wasted. They have horrible customer service because they simply don't care, either way they get paid their $11/hr. I expect more when I pay over $100 + tip every 3 months, they lost a customer today. Find a private groomer that cares!
