best service ever. Am so impressed with this company. Thought my barbecue was finished. bought a new one from them. On delivery, John checked out my old one. Got it working, Needed a couple of Took the new one back. Came back with the new parts and installed them. What honesty and integrity. I am still so impressed and thankful.

Weve been customers for over 40 years. they are always helpful whether we are buying a new BBQ or just filling a propane tank. Prices are always in line with or better than their competition and they only sell quality products

Fair and honest. Good prices. Tanks are weighed so you only pay for what you need. other places charge for a full tank even if it still has some propane in it

I drove to SIM propane from London Sat morning. I was meet by a gentleman in the yard. He looked like he was busy but welcomed me in no time . He was very friendly and very helpful (I wish I remembered his name). They had the parts for my BBQ I needed at a good price. If lived closer this would be my go to place for all my propane and BBQ needs. Thanks Glen
