Horrible! My husband went in, had a simple undercoating done on his truck. When the weather got warm, undercoating was sprayed on so carelessly, and thick that it heated up & ended up all in the air intake and throttle. Truck is damn near garbage, few hundred into cleaning and fixing, still a long way to go. We take the truck back in to complain, they basically admit it's their fault, say now they know better for future customers, but are unwilling to do anything about destroying our truck!

Been going here for 10+ years now since it is convenient. Really is hit or miss though. All depends what employee you get. I will say, most of their employees have an attitude like their stuff dont stink. Only once was I disappointed with their service. Went for a rad flush and their employee insisted I didnt need one, yet my coolant was 2 years past the manufacturers age for replacement. He just said, the colour is fine, so Im not changing it. He didnt even test it. Got it done else where.

They messed up on tire order and chipped my rear rims installing new rubber. They also put conventional oil in my high performance car,when manufacturing specs call for full synthetic.....most unprofessional pot crew clowns Ive ever dealt with thus far in Sarnia.

DON'T bring your car here! Horrible horrible horrible, I brought my car here the other day for an oil change they charged me $50 for a full service, when they took less than 10 minutes to change the oil, they didn't even check the tire pressure, fluid levels, or any of the standard checks that they're supposed to. I had to ask, there was a handful of employees just standing in the corner not doing anything and did not want to be bothered. Huge waste of money, save yourself the time, frustration,
