The help centre needs to change their name to complicated and uncooperative centre. English wasn't even their second language, so at what point did they think they could be helpful. It is very disheartening dealing with the lack of services comprehension especially when purchasing a luxury vehicle.

Terrible customer communication in service department. Getting no satisfaction from service department. Have written to BMW Canada.
