Canadian Tire General Store

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

If I could give this location a zero I would. I will never go back to this location. They awful very disorganized, employees are rude including the manager and owner. I understand that we’re going through a serious situation right now with the Coronavirus pandemic. Yet they are still taking orders online and on the phones. They send you an email saying that your order is ready when you go to the store you cannot get through to the phone lines and the employees ignore you turn their backs

This place is disgustingly unorganized, the employees stand around doing nothing. I had to wait 22 minutes to try to get some paint... I had also placed an order to pay and pick up at this store, the same day.... they didn't even open their program, where they can see what orders are pending. Pay and pick up orders are only supposed to take 4 hours or 6 hours. This ordered hadn't been opened at all! I had to call customer service, and even they were surprised, and called the store.

Bad Reputation for All Other Canadian Tires

They just get the cash in! Do not inspect your car! Do not recommend! THEY CHANGED MY GOOD REAR BREAKS WHEN I NEEDED TO CHANGE THE FRONT ONES! They don't offer their Diagnostic Service and don't waive the charge even after doing the service!
