I have attended the store twice, once for the installation of a watch battery and the second to acquire a watch strap and purchase ear rings for my wife. Both times the prices were reasonable and the service very fast. When I entered the store I had an immediate sense that it was a good place to be/good feeling. The staff are excellent.

Battery replacement at very reasonable cost. Service while you wait. Stand behind their work. Mother had a watch that only worked for a short time when battery replaced. We took it back for evaluation. Money returned. Watch was not able to be repaired. Very pleasant staff.

Bobs is the best. Never go anywhere else
