    I was able to use...

    I was able to use otter pools throughout the 2014/15 season for openings maintence and closings along with some other service calls. Team was excellent professional and honest. I found that the prices were reasonable and the quality was up to par. Will definitely be using their services again this up coming season.

    We were quoted a ...

    We were quoted a two to three day job which ended up taking 5 weeks to complete due to our contractor being too over committed. Communication was poor, mood was surly and short tempered. We literally had to beg him to complete the job which left us with two weeks left of summer to enjoy our pool. He knows pools but I would NOT recommend hiring him.
