This building is so shady and the property management is too... My mom complained of foul smell coming from the garbage chute so many times and nothing was done, but as soon as my mom was in the hospital they entered her apartment saying 'foul smell reported from the apartment'... There is no foul smell nor there ever was & it was done only to her out of everyone on the floor. They probably got their hopes up thinking my mom passed so they could finally flip the apartment for higher rents.

I was subjected to renoviction and harassment because of incompetence of both property management and superintendents. I reported several things that needed to be fixed, and they took 7 months to start, because they were told to do so by LTB, and when they started they continued to harass me and ask for less. Their Vice-President came to my apartment to boss me around, told me to shut up and not to talk to "his guys", laughed in my face, and continued to lie to the government officials. Sad.

This place is horrible and not at all what they say on the website it is. In 2019 we were ordered to move our cars from the garage and outside parking for 1 whole day so they could paint the lines, and after it happened we were told they ran out of paint after painting only 3 lines outside. You could barely see paint back in 2014, and its 8 yrs later now. The property managers and superintendents harass everyone into moving out. Don't trust them. They are incompetent and primitive and liars.

We got a notice back in June about a so-called inspection... No one from the management came... There was one middle-eastern guy who came in pretending to take notes about maintenance... He never came back, and we never got a follow up on this mock inspection... I guess the point was to snoop around our belongings... Last week a guy from Bell came in to do a wire update and said he never saw anything worse in his years of service!!!

Our management, CEPM, wanted us to think we are dealing with another management, so they created a subdivision called Live Here Property Management that deals only with their rental buildings. Still the same guys, still unable to fix anything properly, still unwilling to get qualified repairmen. We live in mold and rust, with leaking pipes, with bugs, dirty carpets, broken elevators, by poor standards of a third-world country. They have violent staff on-site working against the tenants.

Unsafe building. Management acts like bullies, Superintendents share your personal information. Superintendents are 90 years old and have been unable to do anything in the building for over 10 years. If your wall falls out, the guy glues the concrete back in and paints over it. Laundry room flooding. Bugs everywhere, centipedes crawling out of walls. Walls are moldy. Vents are dirty. Bad tenants accepted. The recycling area smells like dead bodies rotting away. Expect harassment if you complain.

Absolutely horrendous place to live, building is completely falling apart, no emergency lighting in staircase, lighting throughout the building is completely outdated, no lighting at all to see in the parking garage, the bugs are terrible (cockroaches, bedbugs), elevators constantly skip floors when you press your floor number, elevators are always broken down and never fixed, smells like disgusting fish cooking all the time through vents, "ELECTRICAL IN THE APARTMENTS ARE COMPELETY UNSAFE" I ca
