Toronto Retina Institute is extremely efficient! It functions somewhat like an assembly line. In order to shave time from your appt. they now add drops(which req time to dilate your pupils)to your eyes while you are in the waiting room. Once you are called an exam is given; then two sets of diagnostic images may b taken. You travel through the office easily & efficiently to your destination point - the Dr. chair. And thanks to this system he has every piece of info req to professionally assist U

DONT GO HERE!!!

They pass you around to their own specialist, move your appointments around with little regard to your time. They call you and then put you on hold for up to 30 min (happened to me twice). A doctors told me she would be back in 5 min left me a chair while she had a conversation with other doctors about her other office for almost an hour. All the while they were saying it was particulates in my eyes and had me going back every month... Took my GP 5 min to find the real issue...
