Unqualified,rude,incapable,inadequate management company and Mangers on the site. Stay away from this company. They are unable to provide consistent and reasonable guidance. Whatever they touch turns into a disaster. All they are capable of is increasing maintenance fee without ZERO improvement. The worst Management company everrrr.

Things have significantly improved during the last 2 years. All of the leaking roofs have been fixed and a solid fiscal plan has been put into place. Condo fees did go up, but this year, they will not significantly increase. My roof was leaking and I had considered selling my property but now I am glad that I stayed. There was a new manager during the last year, and she is phenomenal. She is on top of things and I can see a different in our community. She is also nice and approachable.

Unprofessional, unreliable, bad attitude. The manager is extremely difficult to deal with. They mismanaged the property a while back, they are not taking care of the aging building needs, security is playing on their phones all day instead of doing their job. And now she is blaming it all on Covid. What a joke!

Not cooperative at all. The woman who manages this building and few others in North York is never on the site and she just loves to say NO to people and argue with unit owners who BTW pay her salary. Do not recommend this company at all!

I used to live in 3 Everson Drive. One of the reason I moved was the poor management in the complex. I had a leakage on my roof and the lady building manager refused to solve the problem because she doesn't want to use their funding. Sending in a man to caulk the area did not solved the problem.

Totally agreed with the previous comment from mariaca. I'm an owner at 3 Everson dr and my condo fees keep going up and the quality of their services keep going down. There is leeks in the stairs to the parking. Instead of fixing the leek they repaint the walls ... water still running down the walls. the Mold and mildew smell is disgusting.

The worst property management business ever!

Absolutely not recommended. Since they started managing the Everson 3-5 neighborhood, the area is dirtier and dirtier, people are allowed to tress pass without no interest from the management team, alleys are never cleaned, garages are washed only once per year, the lady manager is unprofessional and uninterested in doing a good job.
