    There's nothing else to say, "USELESS". I have no idea how these people stay on business. I am warning you. They have the WORST customer service ever.

    They have the wor...

    They have the worst reception I have ever encountered. They give you attitude just for calling them, as if it wasnt part of their job. My hospital sent a fax to them for medical history a week ago and they didnt even respond back. I call them again saying it is urgent for them to send the fax to my hospital and they would reply with attitude.
