I have been misle...

I have been misled from CAA. They have refused to have my car damage assessed from a tow truck of theirs who caused damage to my vehicle. They are now stating case closed and have not had anyone assess the damages. The Bottom line is that I am out of a car, and CAA have been playing me into nervousness for weeks now and its getting worse. Two thumbs down to this inconsiderate corporation.
