Flowers N Things

I have been using Flowers N Things for over 3 years to send special flower arrangements to my Aunt who is in AMICA in Newmarket; their floral arrangements and incredible customer service are definitely why I keep going back. Not to mention, they add chocolate treats to complete the ensemble! Cheers to all LCP

I paid $40 for a corsage from here, and followed their instructions for care between me picking it up at 2, and me giving it to my prom date at 4. By 6:30 it had completely wilted, and by 7:30 it was literally in pieces. Also, it is advertised as "sparkly white" but when I picked it up, they were definitely not white flowers; they were a very distinct shade of off-white. Worst craftsmanship I've seen and I will NOT be returning to Flowers 'n Things for anything except to demand a refund.

If you have a specific arrangement in mind, DO NOT order from here. I specifically ordered an arrangement of tulips ONLY, as that is my mothers favourite flower for Mother's Day. A mixed arrangement arrived, and when I called Flowers N Things they justified the incorrect arrangement by saying I was not clear in my order and did not provide a picture. They made excuses and blamed me for their incorrect delivery. They offered no discount, and were very rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATTITUDE.
