Very rude and unprofessional would not use or recommend he could not fix the problem. Mehfooz barged in our home and was very grumpy the entire time. He spilled something on our floor and did not clean it up and made no repair despite charging us. We only paid just to have him leave because he was absolutely miserable! Called another technician from a referral and that tech identified and fixed the problem which was a sensor we just wish we didn’t waste our time & money on mehfooz first
