Honest & genuine customer sevice - really happy with our experience. Bought 3 couches & a bed in 3 years from Amaminder and he was never pushy, always helped us get quick delivery. The last couch we purchased didnt unfortunately fit down our stairs, the team there refunded us fully no problem. I was actually surprised at how great everyone was at Leons on Dundas - not what you expect from furrniture store.

The most awful customer service I have ever witnessed. Not only did they send me to the wrong store for pickup all the way across toronto an hour before they closed at 6:00pm, when I called back to speak to the manager they put me on hold and left me on hold until after they closed the store (and never picked up). Just brutal customer service & our delivery situation was another disaster (loooong wait times). DO NOT SHOP HERE.
